Frisco Expands Senior Care Options
As the senior population in Frisco continues to grow, so does the demand for quality assisted living and memory care options. In response, the Frisco City Council recently approved a special use permit for a new assisted living and memory care facility. This upcoming development, located on approximately 3 acres south of Printers Way and east of Legacy Parkway, will add much-needed capacity to the area, providing 61 assisted living units and 27 memory care units. Additionally, the facility will feature a spacious 10,000-square-foot outdoor area designed for residents to enjoy nature, socialize, and stay active in a safe environment.
Meeting the Needs of a Growing Community
Frisco’s population growth has been accompanied by a rise in the number of seniors seeking supportive, community-based living environments that provide both independence and specialized care. This new facility will help meet that demand by offering a range of services tailored to the needs of both assisted living and memory care residents. The addition of this new community not only alleviates pressure on existing facilities but also provides families with more options close to home, making it easier for loved ones to remain nearby and engaged with family.
A Step Toward Enhanced Senior Care
With this expansion, Frisco is continuing its commitment to supporting senior residents with high-quality care options that prioritize their comfort, safety, and well-being. The outdoor area, nearly 10,000 square feet in size, will offer opportunities for residents to enjoy fresh air, participate in outdoor activities, and socialize—all essential components of a fulfilling life in assisted living.
For families in Frisco exploring assisted living or memory care options, this new facility offers a promising addition to the community’s senior care landscape, combining comfort, quality, and accessibility.
