- Initial Consultation – In order to make quality referrals, we get to know you first. During the initial consultation, our goal is to get to know you and your loved one and find out what you are looking for in your new living situation. We will review your survey results and discuss in depth what your preferences and criteria are for your new home.
- Referrals – Next, based on the information from your initial consultation and survey results, we will provide up to three senior living communities for you to visit that best fit your criteria. We find that by starting with three referrals, families are less intimidated and overwhelmed by a large list of communities to visit.
- Community Visits – Once you and your advisor have identified where you want to tour, they will provide you with tips on what to look for and what questions to ask during your visit. These recommendations may include things that families often overlook such as visiting outdoor areas, talking with current residents, and looking at the event calendar.
- Transitioning – Lastly, our team will ensure that your loved one’s transition into their new facility is smooth and seamless. We offer resources such as downsizing companies and moving services to help you transition into your new home with ease. As opposed to larger companies whose services end with a referral, your Senior Living Specialists advisor is with you until you are settled and comfortable in your new home.
